Keys are kept in a safe in a different room and logged against a name.
We photograph the car at the residence or hotel and send the images before leaving.

Four hours' notice on Platinum; no unbooked visitors.
Low splitters, wide arches and carbon brakes are handled by people used to them.
Owners, cars and movements are never disclosed.

Collection and delivery across these areas means your car can be handed over and returned wherever you live, work, stay or travel, while it is stored at our Central London facility.
FAQ
Yes. Give the concierge our name and a time and we collect from the forecourt, photographing the car before it moves. Delivery back to the hotel works the same way.
Yes. The car lives on its bay and is delivered to your Mayfair residence or hotel for each stay. Plans are month to month, and on Platinum two deliveries or collections a month are included.
On the Platinum plan, yes: insurance is included and the cover limit, with any agreed value above it, is stated in your storage agreement before the car arrives. On other plans insurance is arranged on request.
No. Mayfair is inside the zone, but a car on its bay is off the road. Any charge incurred during a collection or delivery is passed on at cost.
Yes. Consignment runs from the bay: photography, listing, vetted viewings at the hall and the paperwork through to completion.
